I've specialized in maternity and newborn photography for 16 years! This session is all about capturing the excitement and anticipation of your expecting little one! I will guide you into flattering poses and help with styling. I have an amazing client closet and would love to make you feel like a goddess for your session!
Sessions can be in studio, outdoors, on location (greenhouse, your home, the Capitol) or a mix of two locations.

Client Closet
Choosing what to wear for pictures should be fun, not stressful. Let me help you with that! My client closet has 80+ maternity dresses in all sizes, styles and colors. From flowy, bohemian pieces to sophisticated, sleek styles and specialty gowns from Europe, there are options for every style, all available for your session!
I'll help you choose pieces that are flattering and fit the look you're envisioning. You are also welcome to wear your own dresses, rock jeans and a bra, or we can create some fine art looks using silk toss fabrics. The possibilities are endless!
What to Expect
01 PICK YOUR SESSION DATE
Maternity sessions are best between 30-36 weeks! Reach out if you don't see a date on my online calendar that works for you in that range. When you book your maternity session, you'll also have the option to add on a newborn session for $100 off!
02 CLIENT CLOSET
You are welcome to come by the studio a couple weeks before your session to try on and pick out up to 4 dresses. Just reach out to set up a time! Or you can arrive early the day of your session and I'll help you select and style studio dresses or your own pieces.
03 SESSION DAY
Studio sessions can be scheduled any time of day. If we are taking outdoor photos, we will be shooting near sunrise or sunset to get those beautiful golden hour shots. I'll bring the dresses you have selected and a changing tent. Your session can be rescheduled if the weather is poor to ensure we get the beautiful outdoor images you're hoping for.
04 CHOOSE YOUR IMAGES
Within 48 hours of your session, you will receive an online proof gallery to select your favorite images for editing. If you fall in love with more, additional images can be added! Final edited images are delivered as high-resolution digital downloads with printing and sharing rights.
